Let's do the blogging again.. too bad.. i wasn't been qualified for a salary increase for some reasons which i don't know why.. am i suppose to bring it up or not? in my one year of service i can say that i deserve to earn some kind of appreciation. i accept my mistakes. but i do also know my strengths and that's why i think i should deserve such one. Saying, it's a mid year evaluation. July - December i suppose.. Production is present from July to early of September. But from then on to December, we only had one task. BOOK. And the POs only just followed on the late part of that month. Now, i don't see that we really did a BELOW AVERAGE PERFORMANCE like what was told to us. What i know is that I, together w/ my other team mates passed every single monthly evaluation which contributes to build that mid year report. Of course i know that quality is important.
