too bad.. i wasn't been qualified for a salary increase for some reasons which i don't know why..
am i suppose to bring it up or not?
in my one year of service i can say that i deserve to earn some kind of appreciation. i accept my mistakes. but i do also know my strengths and that's why i think i should deserve such one.
Saying, it's a mid year evaluation. July - December i suppose.. Production is present from July to early of September. But from then on to December, we only had one task. BOOK. And the POs only just followed on the late part of that month.
Now, i don't see that we really did a BELOW AVERAGE PERFORMANCE like what was told to us. What i know is that I, together w/ my other team mates passed every single monthly evaluation which contributes to build that mid year report.
Of course i know that quality is important. But the errors that we committed isn't a major case.
Now, asking for the mid-year report for me to see for myself, nothing was shown.
Asking myself WHY.. neither of the team's ENCODERS had a single bill increased.
This i think is unfair. There's so much that we had done that we know that we are right.
We can understand IF either one of us got some of that increase. but that was not the case.
WE all aspired to receive this raise and we had given our part for the team. But something is lacking. some things wasn't been done. Was that a WHATEVER COMES, LET IT BE situation? Acting like doing it but just letting it pass?
PUSH. That's what we need. A PUSH. but that's what we haven't felt. we we're stucked. Hanging.
Now. thoughts had been swirling on my mind. what should be done. how should things happen. should i move or just let it pass.
