why is it been so long?
action should have been given already..
but why is it still we are hearing things about.. none?
One of the team's member was given an incident report not long ago now.. offense? sleeping while on duty.. provided with the minutes of how long he took his "nap".. and of course.. prior was the verbal warning.. which as told was given last year.. blah blah blah..
now.. someone from the same team also had done some breaking of the rules.. offense? 2x sleeping on station and a case of loafing.. loafing as per told by the immediate superior..
but then.. weekend was over.. monday just slipped away for the reason of her being absent.. tuesday though drop by was made for relaying some instructions, had some talk then all just became a flash.. still no incident report / memo was given..
And the bad news was.. based from what we heard.. there will be no issuing of incident report / memo will be done.
wtf!
whatever reasons they have.. its all wrong!
isn't that so unfair? or lets say it this way..
is that what they say of being a professional?? O c'mOn!
I don't care if this person has a family that is depending on him.. coz i have some people depending on me also..
I don't care if its his one false move and then go.. coz i'm here doing my most effort not to have any offense..
i don't care if you're friends.. coz for all we know its improper and also unapplicable on your case now..
i'm not of being so harsh but please.. if you are to tell us those kinds of reason.. that will not affect anything..
you should have been more cautious on your acts..
now.. if actions are still unmade.. its now the turn of the immediate superior to give her explanations..
but then.. whatever she may tell.. will not make her any safer anymore..
things like such must be acted immediately like what was done on the other member who received a so soon incident report..
